BJ Pfeiffer is an accomplished executive with over 25 years experience in all facets of consulting including strategy, management, marketing, recruiting and business development. Some of BJ’s career highlights include developing an internship program with UW-Madison, founding a 501(c)(3) to help people with disabilities enter the workforce resulting in life changing careers that contribute to the economic base, and receiving the Dorothy B. Brothers competitive scholarship for graduate education at Harvard Business school (one of 14 national recipients).
Shelley McCoy is an experienced professional with over 25 years of consulting experience. Through her career Shelley has developed extensive experience in international and national recruiting, with specializations in Information Technology recruiting and human resources. Other skills Shelley has acquired include employee management, job development, contract negotiation, and public relations.
Some of Shelley’s career highlights include growing a Wisconsin-based consulting firm with three branch offices from 50 to 200 consultants within a three-year period, being a 2006 Graduate of Leadership Greater Madison, and being the chair of TechWorks Business Advisory Council, a consortium of area business leaders, educational and governmental entities dedicated to helping people with disabilities enter the technical workforce.
