History
Enterprise Solutions Technology Group, Inc. was formed in 1996 by Ms. BJ Pfeiffer. Ms. Pfeiffer has extensive experience in the consulting field with small, private firms as well as large, international corporations. The decision to start her own company was born from a desire to develop long-term relationships while acknowledging and appreciating differences that exist both in businesses and as individuals, and the recognition that delivering service requires listening with respect, saying what you mean, and delivering what you promise.

CODECHIX
CodeChix is a non-profit, educational organization dedicated to the education, advocacy, and mentorship of female software engineers. The organization was founded in San Fransisco before Seattle and Madison chapters were added. BJ Pfeiffer is the co-founder of the Madison chapter. Female engineers aspiring to climb the technical ladder, fresh graduates entering the industry, or women re-entering the industry are invited to partake in technical talks, hands-on workshops, and hack sessions sponsored by CodeChix.
WISCONSIN WOMEN’S POLICY INSTITUTE
The Wisconsin Women’s Policy Institute trains women of all ages how to become advocates for themselves at a state and local level. This four-month program provides women with seminars and hands-on learning on a variety of issues related to state government and advocacy. The program Fellows learn everything from the simple “how a bill becomes a law” to “how to testify at a committee hearing.” They are recruited from organizations in the state that want to embed advocacy within their programs, thus fulfilling their larger missions. They are mentored by individuals with proven advocacy experience from a variety of backgrounds (corporate, political, non-profit, legal, etc.).
