• Independently leading IT system integration projects

• Working directly with cross-functional teams on project-specific activities such as developing and/or maintaining a statement of work (SoW), documenting requirements, resolving issues, coordinating project activities, etc.

• Leading and directing project teams to establish the project plan for accomplishing project goals

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully communicate, collaborate, and facilitate meetings and discussions with users, technical teams, and senior management

• Strong planning and organization skills to successfully manage time and workload of both self and project team members

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Managing project activities using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Eclipse, Workfront, or similar)

Here is an overview of the talent we are looking for to join our team:

• Experience as a Business Analyst developing user stories, use cases, business process mapping, system requirements, data dictionary, and interface definition documents.

• Experience working on application development and/or infrastructure efforts in a Business Analyst role; working with IT and business teams.

• Functional testing experience as a manual and/or automated tester developing integration test plan/scripts.

• Exposure to automated regression testing and/or experience creating test scripts.

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated prior work experience

• Advanced debugging techniques, such as breakpoints, watches, attaching to remote processes, utilizing dump files, etc.

• Working in an Agile environment is an asset

• Experience with source control is essential

• Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal

• Exceptional knowledge and skill with Java is essential.

• Experience with web-based technologies like Javascript/Angular/jQuery.

• Expertise with SQL Server or greater creating relational database objects (tables, columns, stored procedures, scalar, and table-valued functions, etc.)
